Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Arizona.  Estimated shipping time is usually 1-5 business days depending on your zone from Arizona.

Currently orders are being processed from the Denmark office, so any received before 8am will be shipped no later than the following day.

Most domestic shipments are sent via UPS Ground, unless you specify otherwise.  Until our shipping process in the U.S. is implemented into the order entry system, we will be happy to give you quotes for faster shipping methods (UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-day Select).  Please reach out to us via chat, text or email for these quotes.

The average cost to ship a box filled with product is approximately $40.00

You will receive an automated e-mail with shipping details to include the tracking number and expected delivery date.  If not, please do not hesitate to contact us for any details needed.

Upon receipt be sure to immediately verify the quantity and condition of your order as claims will need to be submitted timely to the carrier if any damage is experienced in-transit.

If you note any defects, please notify us about within 48 hours from receiving your order.
