To purchase goods from Cuddles & Friends USA, you must be 18 years old and have an approved account.

Payment in full is required at the time of order and is consider final once submitted.  For a partial refund, items must be returned unopened in brand-new condition within 14 days.  A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returned orders.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided when the order is placed, any errors in entry which occur will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
