Delivery

Your order will be sent from our warehouse in Denmark. It normally takes 1-3 days. (Weekend not included)

Price: No minimum requirement freigth-wise

Track your order

You will receive an e-mail from us not later than 1 working day after you order has been shipped out with track and trace number for your shipment

Receiving your order

By receiving you need to sign for the delivery. It doens't have to be you signing for the receiving. A person on the same address (ex: member of staff, member of your family) can also sign for the receiving delivery date - og period is meant as guidance only. It is our delivery policy that as far as it in our hands we deliver order between 3-6 working days.

Orders that need to be send on pallets will have a longer delivery time, normally around 1 week.

Customers' responsibility when receiving orders; please note that by signing for the reception of your order the risk for the ordered items goes to you. If the cartons seems broken or appears to have been opened please don't sign.

It is your responsibility to check the good for defects and notify us about any claim within 48 hours from reception of your order. If you haven't received your total order or there is mistakes please contact us.
